FSS to Tighten Monitoring of Abnormal Crypto Trading, Targeting Fictitious Orders and Excessive Order Amendments
The FSS unveiled the plan in its September 17 report on 'Financial Consumer Protection Achievements and Tasks.'
New abnormal-trading categories include fictitious (unexecutable) orders, trading concentrated in specific coins, and excessive order amendments.
These additions expand on existing categories such as wash/collusive trading and excessive order-, execution-, and price-involvement trading, aimed at protecting users from unfair trading in the highly volatile crypto market.
