What the Asia Digital Asset Policy Center collects, why, who handles it, and the choices you have. Last updated 9 October 2026.
Who we are
The Asia Digital Asset Policy Center is run by Four Pillars. For anything about your information, email support@4pillars.io.
What we collect, and why
- Your account
- Your email, your name, and a password (or your Google sign-in). To run your account and keep your plans and conversations so you can come back to them. Required to have an account.
- What you ask and make
- Questions you ask Asia Navigator, your answers and messages in the AI Assistant, the plans it writes, and files you share with it. To answer you, and kept in our logs, with or without an account, so we can check answers, fix mistakes and stop abuse. The logs also hold a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.
- What the agents remember
- Only if you agree: a profile (name, company, role, website, what your company does, your X and LinkedIn) and short notes from what you tell the agents, like the markets you work on and your plans. So answers start from what you do. You can see, edit and delete all of it on your Profile, and turn it off there.
- Public pages you point us to
- When you give us your X, LinkedIn or website, the agents read those public pages (or what a web search finds about that exact profile) and add what fits to your profile and memory. If you've let the agents remember you, they read your linked X and LinkedIn again about once a week to keep it current. They never change what you typed, and you can delete anything they added.
- Markets you follow and your email choices
- To send the briefs and newsletters you ask for. We send a welcome and two getting-started emails after you sign up; newsletters and news only if you turn them on. Every email has a link to stop it.
- Messages to Four Pillars
- When you ask for an introduction or send an advisory request, Four Pillars receives your message, your email, the plan it's about and your profile, so they can reply.
- Analytics
- Only if you accept analytics cookies: the pages you visit, clicks, time on page, errors and a recording of the session, so we can see what helps and what to fix. When you're signed in, these are tied to your account's id, never your email or name. Without your yes, nothing is tracked.
Cookies
- Needed for the site to work: your sign-in, a flag saying you're signed in (so members' pages open straight away), and a visit id that groups one visit's questions together in our logs and ends when you close the browser.
- Analytics (PostHog): only after you accept. You can change your answer any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Who handles it for us
We don't sell your information. These services process it on our behalf:
- Supabase: accounts, saved plans and our logs.
- Vercel: hosting, and the AI Gateway that passes questions to the AI models.
- AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Google and Anthropic, through Vercel's AI Gateway): to write answers and plans.
- PostHog: analytics, if you accept them, and a record of each AI request (what was asked and answered) so we can check quality and cost.
- Resend: sending email.
- Google: if you sign in with Google.
Some of these services are outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Your account, profile, notes and saved plans are kept until you delete them or your account. Deleting your account removes them straight away. Logs and analytics are kept only as long as we need them to run and improve the Center.
Your choices
- See and change your profile, delete any note the agents keep, and turn their memory off on your Profile.
- Choose which emails you get on your Profile, or from the link in any email.
- Delete your account and everything on it, under Profile → Sign-in.
- Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us anything else about it: support@4pillars.io.
Changes
If we change this notice in a way that matters, we'll ask you to agree again the next time you sign in.
