Shinhan Investment & Securities and Lotte Advance Tokenized Securities Business
- Shinhan Investment & Securities, Blue Ard, and Lotte Future Strategy Research Institute signed a three-party MOU on September 21 for a three-year term.
- The partnership will jointly explore investment contract securities and tokenized securities business models using Lotte Group content as the underlying asset.
- Shinhan Investment & Securities will provide securities industry infrastructure, including account management and token securities issuance/management systems, while Lotte Future Strategy Research Institute contributes content and IP held by Lotte Group affiliates.
