Bitbank to Transfer All Shares in JADAT to Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank

Bitbank, a Japan-based cryptocurrency exchange operator, disclosed the share transfer on September 25.
The subsidiary involved is Japan Digital Asset Trust Preparation Co., Ltd. (JADAT), which was established to prepare for digital asset trust operations.
The buyer of all JADAT shares is Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank.
