DAXA Publishes Policy White Paper on 'Digital Asset Institutionalization Tasks'

• DAXA released its '2026 Second-Half Digital Asset Policy White Paper' on October 7, its third policy report since the inaugural 2025 edition.
• The white paper addresses institutionalization tasks including the Digital Asset Basic Act, market surveillance, payment and settlement systems, and anti-money laundering (AML) regulation.
• The research behind the report was contributed by nine DAXA advisory committee members from financial research institutes, academia, and the legal profession, supervised by Professor Ahn Soo-hyun of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
