- Park received a final sentence of 1 year in prison, suspended for 2 years, plus a fine of 15 million won; Uni Network CEO Lee received 8 months in prison, suspended for 2 years.
- Also indicted in the case was Jung, head of an association related to ultrafine dust, who was sentenced to 8 months in prison at the first trial.
