- The FIU contends Bithumb knowingly failed to block transactions with unreported virtual asset service providers, amounting to intent or gross negligence.
- From August 28, 2022 to April 3, 2025, Bithumb reportedly conducted 45,772 transfer transactions with 18 unreported operators, including MEXC and KuCoin.
