Co-founder and Head of Research, Four Pillars
On the Asia Digital Asset Policy Center
Stablecoins, tokenised assets, prediction markets and perpetuals are becoming real industries abroad while many Asian firms still wait for rules.
The Policy Center shows exactly where those rules stand in each market, so builders can see the path and policymakers can see what their neighbours have already tried.
About
Bok Jin-sol is a Korean crypto researcher who writes under the name 100y. He is one of the four co-founders of Four Pillars, which launched in May 2023, and a co-founder of the Asia Stablecoin Alliance. He has also lectured at Seoul National University's College of Engineering.
He is Head of Research at Four Pillars, where he oversees its research output and speaks for the firm on institutional services such as staking and the Four Pillars Advisory Network. He writes on stablecoins, real-world assets, tokenised stocks and on-chain asset management.
He has argued that Korea has lost time in stablecoins, real-world assets, prediction markets and perpetual futures because firms have had to wait for rules, and that regulators should set clear rules and allow limited experimentation. At a September 2026 National Assembly seminar he explained curated on-chain vaults as a form of on-chain fund management, set out their risks, and noted that whether such vaults count as securities will be a key question as they enter the regulated system. He also co-wrote Four Pillars' 2025 blueprint for a won-pegged stablecoin.
