• OwlTing Group ($OWLS) and Decaf launched the service on October 14 via OwlPay Harbor.
• Eligible non-US corporations and organizations using Decaf Business can open a US dollar account under their own name to pay local suppliers and staff.
• Funding is via domestic transfer or ACH, with balances held as USDC on Stellar; payments can be sent via US wire transfer, ACH, RTP, or Visa Direct (for select US debit cards).
