In August 2025 she introduced a bill on the value-stable digital asset issuance business (bill no. 2212298). It would require stablecoin issuers to obtain FSC authorisation and hold at least ₩5 billion in equity capital, keep reserves of at least 100% of issuance in cash, government bonds and similar liquid assets, segregated from the issuer's own assets, and register foreign stablecoins with the FSC. As a member of the Democratic Party's digital asset task force, she has called for phase 2 digital asset legislation to be passed before US stablecoin rules take full effect.
